The aim the project is the improvement in the diagnosis of the intrauterine fetal hypoxia in the course of the 1 and 2 stages of labor by means of the evaluation of the fetal oxygen saturation by intrapartum fetal pulse oximetry and thus lowering the C.Section rate performed from rhe indication of acute fetal hypoxia diagnosed by cardiotocography, a method with loco specificity.

Cílem je zpřesnění diagnostiky intrauterinní hypoxie plodu stanovením kyslíkové saturace plodu v průběhu I.a II. doby porodní IFPO a tím snížení zbytečných por.operací indikovaných na podkladě kardiotokografického záznamu,který má nízkou specificitu.
