Vývoj nového českého temporerního implantátu, artikulovaného spaceru, umožňujícího sanaci hluboké infekce náhrady kyčelního koubu dvoudobou reimplantací. Systém kanalizovaného artikulovaného spaceru povede ke zjednodušení operační techniky a k výraznémuzvýšení komfortu pacienta. Originální řešení konstrukce femorální části implantátu umožní zavedení průplachové drenáže i do oblasti kanálu stehenní kosti a sanaci infektu v této oblasti.; Development of new czech endoprosthesis of the shloulder - 3rd generation - for the threatment of most serious trauma cases and for reconstructive procedures of posstraumatic destruction of the shloulder. Reconstruction of the humerus is solved by original system of the fixation of humeral fragment to the stem. Due to original system of modular neck is it possible to change position of humeral head. This system enables to repspect the biomechanics of the shoulder in the case of posttraumatic destruction.
