Enzymatický debridement rán je účinným a bezpečným prostriedkom so širokou škálou použitia. Použitý prípravok (Fibrolan ung) obsahuje: Plasminum (bovinum) a Deoxyribonucleasum (bovinum) V plastibase konzervované thiomersalom. Nie sú známe kontraindikácie a interakcie s inými liekmi. V sledovanom súbore bolo Fibrolanom ung. liečených 70 pacientov (28 mužov a 42 žien s priemerným vekom 65,2 roka). Medzi diagnózami holi zastúpené 54x posttrombotické syndromy s ulcera cruris, ďalej dekubity, malum perforans pedis u pacientov diabetikov, ulcerácie zmiešanej etiológie, ulcus raumaticum a ecthymata simplex. U 68 pacientov, t.j. 95,56 %, bola liečba Fibrolanom celkom bez komplikácii, aj keď v prípade 4 pacientov liečba nemala očakávaný efekt. U dvoch pacientiek boli zaznamenané nežiadúce účinky a liečba prerušená. Debridement nekrotického tkaniva na spodine defektu Fibrolanom prispieva k zlepšeniu a urýchleniu terapeutického postupu a jednoznačne zvyšuje komfort pacienta. Použitie je možné u všetkých vekových skupín (malé deti, gravidné a kojace matky nevynímajúc). Možná intravaginálna aplikácia akcentuje nezastupitelné miesto Fibrolanu v indikovanej lokálnej terapii.

Enzymatic debridement of wounds is an effective and safe method with a wide range of applications. The used preparation Fibrolan ung. contains: plasminum (bovinum) and deoxyriboneuclease drugs are known. In the investigated group 70 patients (28 men and 42 women, mean aee 65.2 vears) were treated with Fibrolan ung. The diagnoses included 54x postthrombotic syndromes with leg ulcer, bedsores, malum perforans pedis in diabetic patients, ulcers with a mixed etiology, ulcus traumaticum and ecthyma simplex. In 68 patients, i.e. 95.56 %, treatment with Fibrolan caused no complications, although in four patients treatment did not produce the expected effect. In two female patients undesirable effects were recorded and treatment was discontinued. Debridement of necrotic tissue by Fibrolan at the bottom of the defect contributes to improvement and acceleration of the therapeutic procedure and beyond doubt enhances the patient's comfort. The use of Fibrolan is possible in all age groups (young children, pregnant and nursing women incl.). Possible intravaginal application accentuates the irreplaceable role of Fibrolan in indicated local therapy.
