Sdělení shrnuje současné zkušenosti se scintigrafickou detekcí plicních karcinomů s použitím 99mTc-MIBI SPECT; tento relativně nový diagnostický postup je i ve světě dosud předmětem diskuse O své účelnosti a zejména zařazení do algoritmů diagnostických výkonů. Práce klade důraz na netody v in vivo. S rozvojem a dostupností metodik SPÉCT v ČR je metoda perspektivní a zasluhuje další sledování i aplikaci.

The paper summarizes contemporary experience with scintigraphic detection of pulmonary carcinoma using 99mTc-MIBI SPECT. This relatively new diagnostic procedure is worldwide the subject of discussion as regards its usefulness and in particular inclusion into algorithms of diagnostic operations. The paper emphasizes the help of the method in staging of the tumourous disease and possible help in resolving multidrug resistance in vivo. With the developing availability of SPECT methods in the CR the method is perspective and deserves further follow up and application.
