Cílem rehabilitace po operacích páteře je návrat pacienta do normálního života a zaměstnání. Degenerativní onemocnění páteře mají chronický průběh a jsou doprovázena psychickými změnami pacienta. Vedle klasických metod časné a pokročilé fyzioterapie k obnovení harmonické funkce páteře je nutná i doprovodná léčba psychologů, kteří spolu s lékaři a fyzioterapeuty připravují pacienta na aktivity denního života. Na třech klinických případech je ukázána komplexnost pooperační rehabilitace.

The aim of the postoperative rehabilitation following spinal surgeries is to return the patient to his day-to-day life and to his professional life. Degenerative spinal disorders are of chronic nature and they are generally accompanied by psychological changes in the patient. Apart from the classical methods of early and advanced physiotherapy, which are meant to restore the spine's function, complementary psychotherapy is necessary, with psychologists, along with physicians and physiotherapists, helping to prepare the patients for their return to their daily activities. The article presents three cases to demonstrate the complexity of postoperative rehabilitation.
