Súhrn: Autori uvádzajú prípad tehotnej pacientky s aloimunizáciou, u ktorej v dôsledku hemolytickej choroby plodu bolo treba ukončiť graviditu v 30. gestačnom týždni. Klinický stav dieťaťa po narodení vyžadoval komplexnú intenzívno-resuscitačnú starostlivosť vrátane umelej pľúcnej ventilácie, podanie surfaktantu, korekciu anémie pomocou transfúzie erytrocytárnej masy a opakovanú exsanguináciu a fototerapiu pre hyperbilirubinémiu. Dieťa vo veku 18 mesiacov korigovaného veku má primeraný psychomotorický vývin.

The authors present a case study of a pregnant patient with isoimmunization resulting in the termination of pregnancy in the 30th week of gestation due to haemolytic disease of the fetus. After birth the infant's clinical condition required a comprehensive intensive and resuscitative care with artificial ventilation, surfactant application and PRBC transfusion. Due to hyperbilirubinaemia the newborn was treated with prolonged phototherapy and repeated exchange transfusions. Neurodevelopmental outcome at 18 months corrected age is without delay.
