Prevalence alergických onemocnění celosvětově narůstá. Spolu s tím také narůstá počet pacientů, jejichž stav vyžaduje komplexní přístup, založený na nejnovějších poznatcích medicíny. V uvedené kazuistice autoři představují pacientku s těžkou atopickou dermatitidou, alergickou rhinokonjunktivitidou a eozinofilním astmatem, v jejíž léčbě byly využity všechny aktuálně dostupné terapeutické možnosti. Až cílená biologická léčba s účinkem ověřeným robustními daty přinesla výrazné zlepšení stavu pacientky a umožnila jí návrat do běžného života.
The prevalence of allergic diseases is increasing worldwide. Besides, there are many severe cases of these disorders, which need complex treatment strategies designed on evidence-based medicine. We will be discussing a case report of the patient with severe atopic dermatitis, severe allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, and severe bronchial asthma. In the management of her health issues were used all of the treatment regimens available on the market currently. The targeted therapy with strong evidence of effectiveness brings her relief of the symptoms finally.
