Kvalita postavem akra dolní končetiny má souvislost s postavením kyčelního kloubu a celého pánevního pletence. Je nutné si uvědomit, že žádná centrální paréza není symetrická. V kinezioterapii často řešíme otázku, na které straně je hybné postižení horší. Pokud nejprve nevyřešíme souvislosti jednotlivých segmentů, které plynou ze zatížení jednotlivých segmentů, budeme na tuto otázku jen velmi těžko odpovídat.
