International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories (ISBER) is a global organization in the field of biobanking that creates and supports opportunities for networking, education and training and innovation. ISBER provides a forum for collaboration, research, experience exchange globally with the aim to facilitate inspiring and innovative environment for creating new ideas, policies, processes, and research findings as well as showcasing innovative technologies, products, and services in the field of biobanks and biobanking. ISBER is currently well established a well-known international society a world leader in the field of biobanks and biobanking. The Czech Republic and University Hospital in Pilsen has been a full member of ISBER since 2015.
