V první části článku je popsána historie, epidemiologie a klasifikace kožních tuberkulóz, popsáno infekční agens vyvolávající onemocnění, histopatologie, diferenciální diagnostika a obecná terapie těchto nemocí. Samostatný odstavec je pak věnován Erythema induratum. V druhé části je samostatné kazuistické sdělení popisující průběh diagnostiky a následné léčby pacienta s diagnózou kožní tuberkulózy.

The first part of the article is concerned with the history, epidemiology and classification of cutaneous tuberculosis. There is a description of the infectious agent causing the disease as well as of histopathology, differential diagnosis and common therapy of the disease. A separate paragraph is devoted to Erijthema induratum. The second part is a case report describing the diagnosis and therapy in a patient with cutaneous tuberculosis.
