It is the duty of the Culture Society and the State to take care of nervous patients in special Institutions and school authorities, by the side of other clinicians, should establish neurological Clinics and also endow them. The instruction of neurological Clinicians is a natural postulate of the development of the faculty and of science and the further instruction of general practitions and a necessity of the population. Hence pertinent points of views and personal consideration must prove no hindrance.
