Aminokyseliny potřebuje jak nádorová tkáň (proliferace maligně transformovaných buněk), tak zdravá tkáň dětského organismu (udržení základních životních funkcí a potřeb vyvíjejícího se organismu, imunit. obrana vůči nádoru,adaptace na agresivní terapii).Projekt je zaměřen na vyšetřování spektra aminokyselin pomocí HPCL v biologických tekutinách (plasma,mozkomíšní mok,moč,ev.exudáty) a tkáních nádoru i tkáních nenádorových u dětí nemocných pro solidní tumory) nádory mozku, neuroblastom, Wilmův tumor.; Aminoacids need malignant tissue /proliferation of the malignant transformed cells/ and also healthy tissues of the children organism/maintain of the essential life functions and the needs of the growing organism, anti tumorous immunity. Nutritional support by aminoacids solutions have to be exactly directed. This project is focused to investigate the aminoacid spectrum by the HPLC method in biological fluids /plasma, CSF, urine/ in children with solid tumor diseases /brain tumor, Wilms/The results could show differences in the compound amount of the AA in malignant tissues and changes of the compound and its amount during therapy which could help in adeguate nutritional support by aminoacids solutions.
