Mužský faktor infertility představuje asi dvaceti až padesáti procentní podíl na celkové neplodnosti páru. U mužů s chronickou renální insuficinecí docházi k postižení gonadálních funkcí - jak spemiogeneze a steroidogeneze, tak i postižení sexuálních funkcí. Hemodialýza jako metoda léčby chronické renální insuficience nevede ke zlepšení těchto poškozených funkcí. Úspešná renální transplantace celkově zlepšuje kvalitu spermiogramu, proces steroidogeneze i sexuální funkce. V našem projektu budeme hodnotitvliv úspěšné renální transplatance u můžů do 50 let na reparaci gonadálních a sexuálních funkcí v závislosti na etiopatogenezi renální insuficience, délce trvání uremie a časnosti transplantace ledvin. Budeme se snažit najít časový horizont do kdy lze danou reparaci po transplantaci očekávat. Výsledky budeme publikovat v impaktovaných a recenzovaných časopisech.; The male infertility factor accounts for about the 20% to 50% share in overall infertility in couples. In men with chronic renal insufficiency, affection of gonadal functions occurs ? both spermiogenesis and steroidogenesis, as well as of sexual functions. Hemodialysis as a method of chronic renal insufficiency therapy does not lead to improvement of such impaired functions. Successful renal transplantation leads to an overall improvement of the spermiogram quality, as well as of the steroidogenesis process and sexual functions. In our project, we shall evaluate the effect of successful renal transplantation in men up to 50 years on reparation of gonadal and sexual functions in dependence on etiopathogenesis of renal insufficiency, uremia duration andearliness of renal transplantation. We shall develop an effort to find a time horizon within which such a reparation can be expected upon transplantation. The results shall be published in impact and review journals.
