The proposed retrospectively-prospective study of incidence of skin tumors which developed in patients after a heart transplantation aims, as the main objective, to describe the size of the risk of skin cancer in the group of 650 patients, who have underwent or will undergo the heart transplantation in the period 1984-2013. Data analysis will focus on the identification of the effect modifiers, on the determination of their distribution in the patients and the quantification of their impact. Together with the results of the systematic review, which is part of the study, these newly generated facts will be used to design effective strategies for primary and secondary prevention of skin tumors in patients after a heart transplant.
Retrospektivně prospektivní studie kožních novotvarů u pacientů podstupujících transplantaci srdce si klade jako hlavní cíl popsat velikost rizika výskytu kožních nádorů v souboru 650 pacientů, kterým bylo, či bude v letech 1984 – 2013 transplantováno srdce v IKEM Praha. Analýza dat se přitom soustředí na identifikaci modifikujících faktorů, zjištění jejich distribuce mezi pacienty a kvantifikaci jejich možných dopadů. Spolu s výsledky systematického přehledu, který je součástí studie, budou zjištěná fakta využita v návrhu efektivní strategie pro primární i sekundární prevenci novotvarů kůže u pacientů po transplantaci srdce.
