Podle literárních údajů cca 5 – 30 % pacientů s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem má asymptomatickou či symptomatickou žilní trombózu. S tímto údajem kontrastuje užívání spíše antiagregancií než antikoagulancií u těchto pacientů. Předkládaný projekt se zaměřuje na vyšetření hemokoagulačních parametrů (D-diméry, solubilní fibrinové monomery a trombin generační test) s cílem zjistit, zda dochází ke tvorbě trombů detekovatelných hematologickým vyšetřením u pacientů po implantaci kardiostimulátoru či implantabilního kardioverteru defibrilátoru.; According to literature, about 5 to 30% of patients with implanted pacemakers have asymptomatic or symptomatic venous thrombosis, but we use more often anti-platelet agents rather than anticoagulants. The project focuses on examination of hemocoagulation parameters (D-dimers, soluble fibrin monomers and thrombin generation) with aim to determine whether there is formation of thrombi detectable by haematological examination in patients after implantation of pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
