Fyzikální léčba nabízí pifedevším pro obory léčebné rehabilitace, angiologie a diabetologie vysoce účinnou hemodynamickou metodu: vakuově-kompresní terapii. Dosud nedostatečné rozšíření této perspektivní procedury spadá na vrub nedostatečnému objasňování principů vakuově-kompresní terapie a praktických možností jejího využití. Nová generace přístrojů (EXTREMITER 2000 a 2010) dovolila uvedenou problematiku experimentálně podložit a získat dostatek zkušeností k předložení tohoto příspěvku. Ověření léčebných efektů vakuově-kompresní terapie při léčbě poruch překrvení. váznoucího metabolismu, zhoršené trofiky i posttraumatických a zátěžových stavů končetin vychází z použití radionuklidových a remisně-spektroskopických metod, jakož i z četných případů úspěšně léčených pacientů.

Physiotherapy offers a very effective hemodynamic method called vacuum-compression therapy (VCT), especially in the fields of therapeutic rehabilitation, angiology, and diabetology. Up to now, insufficient expansion of this perspective method falls to the debit of insufficient clarification of principles of VCT and practical possibilities of its use. The new qeneration of devices (EXTREMITER 2000 and 2010) enabled to motivate this method experimentally and to obtain enough experience to write this expertise. Verification of therapeutic effects of VCT in the treatment of peripheral arterial arcuiatory disorders, stagnation metabolism, impaired trophic and post-traumatic stress states of the extremities, is based on use of radionuclide and remission-spectroscopic methods and numerous cases of successfully treated patients.
