V souboru 49 pacientů byla sledována spotřeba mivacuria při jeho kontinuálním podávání v kombinaci s izofluranem nebo sevofluranem. Hloubku nervosvalové blokády v průběhu výkonu jsme monitorovali akcelerometricky. Anestezii jsme vedli v souboru A kombinací midazolamu a fentanylu, v souboru B sevofluranem a v souboru C izofluranem. Kombinací mivacuria se sevofluranem jsme dosáhli výrazného snížení spotřeby relaxans, aniž by došlo k podstatnému zpomalení zotavení nervosvalové blokády.

In the set of 49 patients we assessed the consumption of mivacurium administered as continuous infusion in combination with isoflurane or sevoflurane. The depth of neuromuscular blockade during the procedure was monitored by accelerometry. In the group A, anaesthesia was maintained with fentanyl-midazolam, in the group B sevoflurane and in the group C isoflurane. The combination of mivacurium and sevoflurane resulted in a significant decrease of the muscle relaxant dose, without slowing the neuromuscular block recovery.
