V práci sa sledoval vplyv produkčno-technologických podmienok vo vzťahu k ontogenetickémuštádiu rastlín u troch rôznych druhoch rodu Echinacea Moench. Porovnávali sa druhy: Echinaceapurpurea, Echinacea atrorubens a Echinacea pallida. Ďalej sa sledovali rozdiely v obsahu silicev rôznych rastlinných orgánoch a hodnotilo sa zastúpenie jednotlivých zložiek v silici sledovanýchdruhov v štádiu optimálnej zrelosti pre zber.
The paper examined the effect of production-technological conditions in relation to the ontogeneticstage of plants in three different species of the genus Echinacea Moench., comparing the speciesEchinacea purpurea, Echinacea atrorubens, and Echinacea pallida. It also examined the differencesin the content of essential oil in different plant organs and evaluated the representation of individualcomponents in the essential oils of the species under study at the stage of the optimal maturity forcollection.
