Poslední indikační doporučení k transplantacím krvetvorných buněk byla vydána Českou hematologickou a Českou onkologickou společností ČLS JEP v roce 1997. S ohledem na vědecký i technický rozvoj v této oblasti byla v zastoupení obou odborných společností autory připravena aktualizovaná verze původního sdělení. V článku uvedená doporučení vychází především ze současné praxe evropských transplantačních center a z dosud publikovaných doporučení Evropské skupiny pro transplantace krve a kostní dřeně (EBMT). cílem práce je poskytnout především pracovištím, která transplantace neprovádějí, návod k jejich správné a včasné indi¬kaci v současné době.

The last recommendations for indications of haematopoietic cells transplantation were published by the Czech Society of Haematology and Czech Society of Onco¬logy of the J. E. Purkyně Medical Association in the year 1997. Regarding the rapid scientific and technical development on this field an up-to-dated version of the previous report has been prepared by authors on behalf of both professional societies. Recommendations introduced in this article arise particularly from the cur-rent practise of European transplant centres and from recommendations published by the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) until now. The aim of this report is to bring first of all to hospitals not involved directly into the haematopoietic cell transplantations a guide to their correct and well-timed indication at present.
