Článek se zabývá prací sester v agenturách domácí péče. Využity byly výsledky z šetření během zpracování bakalářské práce. Mapuje nabídku nadstandardních služeb sledovaných agentur, úroveň dosaženého vzdělání sester pracujících v těchto agenturách, míru spolupráce s praktickými lékaři a spokojenost sester s prací v terénu.

The article addresses nurses work in the agencies of home care. The results of the study done during the work on my bachelor thesis are presented here. It mapps the above standard services that the monitored agencies offer, education background of the nurses working in surveyed agencies, the amount of cooperation with general practitioners and the nurses satisfaction with the field-work.
