Poruchy autonomních nervových funkcí patří mezi časté non-motorické příznaky pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Jsou popisovány až u 80 % pacientů a pro svůj výrazný negativní dopad na aktivity denního života představují závažný problém. Mezi hlavní autonomní dysfunkce u Parkinsonovy nemoci patří gastrointestinální, urogenitální a kardiovaskulární poruchy, porucha termoregulace a porucha pupilomotoriky. V následujícím textu budou jednotlivé oblasti probrány z hlediska fyziologie, patofyziologie a možností léčebného ovlivnění.

Disorders of autonomous nervous functions are among the frequent non-motoric symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). They are described in over 80% of the patients and they are a significant problem due to their severe negative impact of daily life activities. Among main autonomous disorders in PD are gastrointestinal, urogenital and cardiovascular disorders, body temperature regulation disorders and pupillomotor function disorders. In the following text, these specific areas will the explored in terms of physiology, pathophysiology and therapeutic possibilities.
