Prostřednictvím kazuistiky je zobrazena potřebnost vzájemné spolupráce mezi zdravotními a sociálními službami v oblasti duševního zdraví. Kazuistika popisuje případ ženy s chronickým duševním onemocněním, která se ocitla ve špatné životní situaci, a snahu zdravotních a sociálních služeb o podporu a zlepšení této situace.
Case studies illustrate the need for mutual cooperation between health and social services in the field of mental health. The case report describesthe case of a woman with a mental illness who finds herself in a bad life situation and the effort of health and social services to supportand improve this situation.
