Diagnostika taktilní halucinózy v Mezinárodní klasifikaci nemocí, 10. Revize (MKN-10), není uvedena. Klinický obraz tvoří syndrom zahrnující halucinace taktilní (štípání, svědění, kousání, píchaní drobným hmyzem), často i halucinace vizuální (pacient hmyz vidí), bludnou interpretaci ve smyslu napadení blechami, broučky, muškami apod. Častou součástí tohoto syndromu bývá též paranoidní zpracování nákazy hmyzem, deprese, úzkost a poruchy spánku. Taktilní halucinózu lze v rámci MKN-10 zařadit obvykle mezi Organické halucinózy (F06.0), někdy může být součástí parafrenie (F22.0) nebo schizofrenie (F20). Jsou uvedeny tři kazuistiky pacientů, a sice jedna z literatury a dvě z praxe autorky.

The International Classification of diseases, the 10th revision, does not content the diagnosis of delusional parasitosis. It is a syndrom of tactile hallucinations (itching, twinges, smarting and biting sensations of a small insects, such as bugs, fleas, louses, little beatles… ), visual hallucinations (the patient can see the parasits) and false interpretation of the infestation of the parasits, usually paranoid ideas. We can meet with more symptoms, such as depression, anxiety and insomnia. Delusional parasitosis can be coded as Organic halucinosis (F06.0). Sometimes it can be also included in paraphrenia (F22.0) or schizophrenia (F20), if there are other substantional symptoms. The author presents three case reports (one from literature, two of her own experiences).
