GLP-1 analog liraglutid přináší efektivní léčbu obezity u dětí. V současnosti této léčby využíváme u stále většího počtu dětí. V článku jsou zmíněny tři kazuistiky pacientů léčených v naší ambulanci. První dvě kazuistiky ukazují velmi dobrý efekt léčby, případ nedostatečného efektu léčby je popsán v třetí kazuistice.
The GLP-1 analogue liraglutide offers effective treatment of obesity in children. This treatment is currently used for an increasing number of children. The case report describes three cases of patients treated at our clinic. The first two case reports demonstrate a very good treatment effect, while an insufficient treatment effect is described in the third case report.
