Vezikuly (puchýře) na patách se vyskytují jako důsledek dekubitů 2. stupně v klinické praxi poměrně často. Přispívá k tomu tzv. triáda s váhou nohy, minimálním podkožím a tvarem paty. Stále nepanuje shoda mezi zdravotnickými odborníky v řešení lokální terapie vezikul. Literatura doporučuje dvě, respektive tři varianty přístupu s možností ponechání krytu nebo naopak s odstraněním puchýře a možností ovlivnění spodiny rány. Jedním z faktorů, který v rozhodování ovlivní výběr lokální terapie, je cévní nález dolních končetin na základě anamnézy, fyzikálního a angiologického vyšetření. V závěru je popisována kazuistika pacienta s dekubity 2. stupně na patách, kde byly použity jako komparace obě varianty lokálního přístupu v řešení tlakových lézí.

The Vesicles (the blisters) on the heels occur quite often as a consequence of a second – degree pressure ulcers in a clinical practice. The so-called a triad with a weight of the foot, with a minimal subcutaneous tissue and a shape of the heel contributes to this.. There is still no concensus among the medical professionals on the solu- tion of a local therapy for the vesicles. The literatura recommends two or three options of the approach with the possibility of affecting the bed of the wound. One of the factors that will influece the choice of a local therapy in the decision – making process in the vascular findings of the lower extremities based on an anamnesis, a physical and an angiological examination. In the conclusion, the case report of a patient with 2nd degree decubitus on the heels is described, where both variants of the local approach in the treatment of pressure lesions were used a comparison
