The Strategic Framework for the Development of Health Care in the Czech Republic until 2030 and the Concept of Nursing in the Czech Republic are methodological documents that describe and propose procedures aimed at providing effective nursing care in accordance with supranational regulations. They are a methodological framework and a valuable basis for building a strategy for health care delivery and empowering the role of non-medical health professionals in the coming years. The article describes the implementation of these documents in the Central Military Hospital – Military University Hospital in Prague.
