leur-de-Lis abdominoplastika je chirurgický zákrok, který nabývá na popularitě zejména mezi pacienty po bariatrických operacích. Významný úbytek hmotnosti často vede k nadbytku kůže, což může způsobovat psychický a fyzický dyskomfort. Tento speciální typ abdominoplastiky odstraňuje přebytečnou kůži jak horizontálně, tak vertikálně. Vzhledem k tomu, že tradiční abdominoplastika řeší dominantně horizontální přebytek tkáně, technika Fleur-de-Lis je výhodná pro pacienty s rozsáhlejším problémem. Přestože nese určitá rizika, správná příprava a předoperační plánování mohou tato rizika minimalizovat. Výsledkem je nejen zlepšení fyzického komfortu, ale také zvýšení sebevědomí pacienta. The Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure that is becoming increasingly popular, especially among patients who have undergone bariatric surgery. Significant weight loss often leads to excess skin, which can cause physical and psychological discomfort. This specialized type of abdomino- plasty removes excess skin both horizontally and vertically. Since traditional abdominoplasty dominantly addresses horizontal excess tissue, the Fleur-de-Lis technique is advantageous for patients with more extensive issues. Although it carries certain risks, proper preoperative preparation and careful planning can minimize these risks. The result is not only an improvement in physical comfort but also an increase in the patient‘s self-confidence. This procedure thus significantly enhances the quality of life for individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery and are dealing with the aftermath of rapid weight loss.
