Přehledová práce nabízí bližší pohled na novou diagnózu v rámci klasifikace MKN-11 – kompulzivní poruchu sexuálního chování. Klasifikace excesivního sexuálního chování je dlouhodobě předmětem diskuzí, a tak řazení mezi poruchy kontroly impulzů v MKN-11 je spíše kompromisem, než že by s tím celá vědecká obec byla ztotožněna. V čem rozpory nejsou, je důležitost zkoumání této problematiky na pomezí kompulzivní, impulzivní a závislostní problematiky – zájem odborníků o tuto oblast přirozeně kopíruje trendy v chování společnosti. Z řady důvodů hrozí riziko nadměrného nebo nedostatečného diagnostikování poruchy, a proto je důležité znát diagnostická kritéria kompulzivní poruchy sexuálního chování v kombinaci s vyváženým a citlivým profesionálním přístupem odborníků ve zdravotnictví směrem k pacientům. Pečlivé diferenciálně-diagnostické rozvahy jsou významné pro správné zařazení excesivního sexuálního chování s odpovídajícím terapeutickým přístupem. Problematickou konzumaci pornografického obsahu lze klasifikovat jako jednu z manifestací kompulzivní poruchy sexuálního chování nebo dle některých autorů alternativně mezi jiné určené poruchy způsobené návykovým chováním.

This review offers a closer look at a new diagnosis within the ICD-11 classification – compulsive sexual behaviour disorder. The classification of excessive sexual behaviour has long been a subject of debate, so its placing among impulse control disorders in ICD-11 is more of a compromise rather than the entire scientific community identifying with it. On the other hand, there are no contradictions as regards the importance of examining this field on the border between compulsive, impulsive, and addiction issues – experts’ interest in this area naturally reflects trends in the behaviour of society. For several reasons, there is a risk of this disorder being overdiagnosed or underdiagnosed. Therefore, it is important to know the diagnostic criteria of compulsive sexual behaviour disorder and combine this knowledge with health practitioners’ balanced and sensitive professional attitudes towards patients. Careful differential diagnosis assessment is important for the correct classification of excessive sexual behaviour, as is the appropriate therapeutic approach. While problematic pornography use can be classified as one of the manifestations of compulsive sexual behaviour disorder, some authors argue that it can also be classified alternatively within category other specified disorders caused by addictive behaviour.
