Autoři podávají retrospektivní analýzu léčby osmi intrakraniálních aneuryzmat a tří aneuryzmat extrakraniáhiího úseku arteria carotis interna endovaskulární cestou. U šesti intrakraniálních aneuryzmat došlo v minulosti k subarachnoidálnímu krvácení. Léčebné výkony se sestávaly z uzávěru niateřské tepny odpoutatelným balónkem u čtyř aneuryzmat (z toho 2krát peroperačně) a z endovaskulami výplně vaku aneuryzmat mechanicky odpoutatelnými spirálami. U jednoho aneuryzmatu původně indikovaného k endovaskulární výplni spbálami došlo k rupture během angiografického vstřiku se vznikem hematocefalu. Ve snaze snížit krvácení byla mateřská tepna uzavřena balonkem, který byl během okamžité operace odpoután. Nemocná je bez paréz, s lehkými fatickými poruchami. Nemocní po endosakulámí léčbě jsou pravidelně sledováni.

The authors present a retrospective analysis of the treatment of eight intracranial aneurysms and three aneurysms of the extracranial portion of the internal carotid artery by the endovascular route. In six intracranial aneurysms subarachnoid haemorrhage developed in the past. The therapeutic procedures included occlusion of the parent artery in four aneurysms with a detachable balloon (inc. twice during operation) and filling the endovascular of the sac of the aneurysms by mechanically detachable spirals. In one aneurysm originally indicated for endovascular filling with spirals a rupture occurred during the angiographic injection and haematocephalus developed. In order to reduce the haemorrhage the parent artery was occluded by means of a balloon which was detached during the urgent operation. The patient has no pareses and has slight phatic disorders. Patients are regularly checked after endosaccular treatment.
