Bylo provedeno stanovení žlutého produktu po reakci 5,7-dichlor-8-chinolinolu s MBTH a Ce IV metodou průtokové injekční analýzy se spektrofotometrickou detekcí při 580 nm. Po zjištění optimálních podmínek byl dichlorchinolinol stanovován v rozsahu 5-26 mg .1-1 s relativní směrodatnou odchylkou 0,82 %, při koncentraci 16 mg.1-1 (n = 10). Bylo dosaženo 75-80 analýz za hodinu. Metoda byla využita ke stanovení dichlorchinolinolu v potahovaných tabletách: Endiaron, Léčiva, s.p., Praha.

The yellow product resulting from the reaction of 5,7-dichloro-8-quinolinol with MBTH and Ce IV was determined by the method of injection flow analysis with spectrophotometric detection at 580 nm. After finding the optimal conditions, dichloroquinolinol was assayed in a range of 5-26 mg.l-1 with a relative standard deviation of 0.82 %, in a concentration of 16 mg.l-1 (n = 10). In an hour, 75-80 analyses were made. The method was employed to determine dichloroquinolinol in the coated tablets Endiaron, Léčiva, s.p., Praha.
