V práci jsou shrnuty zkušenosti z nezávislých prověrek provedených v rámci projektu „Navržení a ověření systému prověrek kvality realizace dodání předepsané dávky v rádioterapii", který je řešen s podporou grantu IGA MZ č. 2625-3. Od poloviny roku 1996 probíhá pilotní studie, jejímž Úkolem je testovat systém nezávislého ověřeni kvality, který byl při řešení uvedeného projektu připraven. V rámci této stucfie bylo dosud posouzeno přibližně 80 terapeutických svazků na 20 pracovištích. Při těchto prověrkách byla odhalena celá řada případů, v nichž došlo k pochybení v dozimetrii. V práci jsou typické případy jednotlivě jpopsány, jsou analyzovány jejich příčiny a uvedena řešení, která vyplynula z prověrky. Výsledky provedené studie podtrhují specifický přínos nezávislých prověrek prováděných na místě. Práce si klade za cíl 1. seznámit odbornou veřejnost s princípy metod, ktere jsou použity v dozimetrické části prověrky, 2. informovat o příčinách možných pochybení v klinické dozimetrii a 3. zdůraznit význam systému nezávislého prověřování kvsdity pro zvyšováni úrovně klinické dozimetrie na rádioterapeutických pracovištích V České republice.

The authors summarise the experience assembled during quality audits made within the framework of the project „The development and verification of the quality audit system for radiotherapy". The project is implemented with the assistance of grant IGA MZ no. 2625-3. Since the middle of 19% a pilot study is underway the objective of which is to test the system of quality audit which was prepared for the project. Within the framework of this study approximately 80 therapeutic beams at 20 radiotherapy centres were evaluated. During these activities a number of cases were detected where mistakes in dosimetry were made. The authors describe typical cases, analyse their causes and present solutions which ensued from the quality assessment. The results of investigation emphasise the specific contribution of quality audit made in situ. The objective of the work is 1. to make the public familiar with methods which are used in dosimetric part of the quality audit, 2. to inform on the causes of possible mistakes in clinical dosimetry and 3. emphasise the importance of the system of quality audit for improving the standard of clinical dosimetry in radiotherapy centres in the Czech Republic.
