Cieľom práce je porovnať výsledky korekcie hypermetropie metódou hyperopic- kej fotorefraktívnej keratektómie (HPRK) s metódou laserom asistujúcej kerato- mileuzy, známej pod skratkou LASIK. Hodnotený je súbor 129 očí, ktoré boli operované excimerovým laserom Keracor 117, firmy Technolas. U 77 očí bola urobená HPRK, u 52 očí hypermetropický LASIK (HLASIK). Súbor bol rozdelený do dvoch skupín, kde prvú skupinu tvorilo 47 očí s nízkou hypermetropiou do +3,5 Dsph a v druhej skupine s vysokou hyper- metropiou bolo 82 očí. Doba sledovania bola minimálne 12 mesiacov, ako štatis- tická metóda bol použitý Studentov t-test. Jeden rok po liečbe malo hypermetropiu do +1,0 Dsph v 1. skupine 62 % očí po HPRK a 70 % očí po HLASIK. V druhej skupine to bolo 32 % a 44 % očí. Medzi jednotlivými skupinami neboli nájdené štatisticky signifikantné rozdiely. Napriek tomu považujeme metódu HLASIK za lepšiu z hľadiska stability výsledkov, výs- kytu komplikácii a predpokladanej výslednej refrakcie, a to hlavne u očí s nízkou hypermetropiou.

The aim of this work is to compare results of the correction of hyperopia by method of hyperopic photorefractive keratectomy (HPRK) with method of laser assisted keratomileusis known as LASIK. We evaluate group of 129 eyes operated by excimer laser Keracor 117 manufactu- red by Technolas company. 77 eyes underwent HPRK and 52 eyes hyperopic LASIK (HLASIK). The patients were divided to two groups, the first of which comprised 47 eyes with low hyperopia to +3,5 Dsph and the second 82 eyes with high hyperopia. Follow-up period was 12 months results were statistically evaluated by Student t-test. One year after treatment, in the first group was 62 % eyes with hyperopia to +1,0 Dsph after HPRK and 70 % after HLASIK. In the second group it was 32 % and 44 %, respectively. No statistically significant differences have been found be- tween the two groups. In spite of that, we consider HLASIK method better than HPRK from the point of view of stability of results, occurence of complications and estimated resulting refraction, expecially in the eyes with low hyperopia.
