A description is presented of the results of immunohistological reaction to HBAg, using home-prepared sera, in bioptical material routinely processed in the department by standard methods. The results are essentially in agreement with literary data. One conspicuous feature was the substantially reduced quantity of positive elements in comparison with the results of staining with aldehydefuchsine and orceine.
