Computing that deals with approximate models and gives solutions to complex real-life problems. Has greater tolerance for imprecision, uncertainty, partial truth, and approximations. Based on techniques such as FUZZY LOGIC, genetic algorithms, NEURAL NETWORKS, COMPUTER, MACHINE LEARNING, and EXPERT SYSTEMS.
