Štandardizácia diagnostických a terapeutických postupov zohráva významnú úlohu v riadení kvalitnej, bezpečnej, dostupnej a efektívnej starostlivosti. Navyše, štandardizácia vo svojej podstate predstavuje implementovanie aktuálnych, a teda najnovších vedeckých a výskumných dôkazov do vzdelávania a praxe. V oblasti manažmentu rán a pacientov s ranami je štandardizácia nevyhnutná. Obzvlášť je potrebná na Slovensku vzhľadom k tomu, že súčasná prax deklaruje fragmentovanú a neefektívnu starostlivosť. Novovytvorený a schválený štandardný operačný postup „Manažment rán“ vznikol vďaka podpore Ministerstva zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky a jeho grantu pod názvom „Tvorba nových a inovovaných postupov štandardných klinických postupov a ich zavedenie do medicínskej praxe“. Má za cieľ manažovať starostlivosť o pacienta s ranou v kontexte multidisciplinarity a holizmu na základe najnovších dôkazov z výskumu. V tomto príspevku autori popisujú proces tvorby materiálu a približujú obsah postupu, jeho jedinečnosť a využiteľnosť pre potreby praxe i vzdelávania v odbore ošetrovateľstvo, lekárstvo, farmácia a všetkých príbuzných odboroch, ktorých sa problematika manažmentu rán

Standardization of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures plays an important role in the management of quality, safe, accessible and effective care. Moreover, standardisation inherently represents the implementation of up-to-date and therefore the latest scientific and research evidence into education and practice. In the management of wounds and patients with wounds, standardization is essential. It is particularly needed in Slovakia, given that current practice declares fragmented and inefficient care. The newly developed and approved standard operating procedure 'Wound Management' was developed thanks to the support of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and its grant entitled “Development of new and innovative standard clinical procedures and their introduction into medical practice”. It aims to manage wound care in the context of multidisciplinarity and holism based on the latest research evidence. In this paper, the authors describe the process of developing the material and outline the content of the procedure, its uniqueness and its applicability to the needs of practice and education in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, and all related disciplines involved in wound management.
