Cílem projektu je prokázat výhody nitrodřeňového hřebování u zlomenin dolního konce stehenní kosti spojeného s artroskopií.Retrospektivní studie výsledků léčení dosavadními způsoby. Perspektivní studie výsledků léčení artroskopicky asistovanou nitrodřeňovou osteosyntézou hřebem, zavedeným z interkondylické fosy femoru.Současné ošetření poraněných struktur kolenního kloubu pomocí artroskopie.; The objective of this project is to prove the advantages of the intramedullary nailing of the distal end of the femur connected with the arthroscopy. Retrospective study of the results of the treatment with methods used till now. Prospective study of results of the treatment with arthroscopically assisted intramedullary osteosynthesis with the nail, which was executed from the intercondylar fossa of the femur. Contemporary attendance injured structures of genu articular with the help of arthroscopy.
