Projekt je zaměřen na hledání časných markerů progrese CML do akutní fáze,aby bylo možno včasnou léčbou tomuto zvratu zabránit. Jako možný marker bude pomocí kvantitativních RT-PCR sledována haldina transkriptů BCR-ABL a poměr transkriptů BCR-ABL/BCR.Pomocí metody cDNA bio-čipů budou sledovány změny v expresi různých genů v různých fázích onemocnění.; We shall search for early markers of CML progression into acute phase to be able to interrupt this progression with timely treatment. As possible markers,we shall identify the genes differentially expressed in different stages of CML by the method of cDNA bio-chips and follow up the BCR-ABL transcript level BCR-ABL transcript ratio by quantitative RT-PCR.
