Isoláty kvasinek rodu Candida z klinického materiáli budou identifikovány typizovány a testovány na produkci sekretovaných proteas. Oddsova metoda bude modifikována pro účely rychlého monitoringu sekrece proteas kandidami. Budou navrženy, syntetizovány atestovány inhibitory proteas sekretovaných kandidami. Bude testován vliv inhibitorů na purifikované proteasy i na rostoucí kulturu kandid.; Candida isolates from routine clinical screening will be identified, typed by RAPD and screened for secreted proteinase production. Odds method will be modified for rapid monitoring of proteinase secretion by Candida cultures. Inhibitors of Candida secreted proteinases will be designed and tested in vitro with purified enzymes using spectrophotometric assay. Effect of these inhibitors on growing Candida cultures will be examined using modified Odds method.
