Sestavení modelu QSAR, který by předpovídal akutní toxicitu látek v binárních směsích v závislosti na jejich rozdělovacím koeficientu a molární poměru, porovnat indexy akutní toxicity získané na Tubifex tubifex a jiných organismech (např. Daphnia magna).Získat prvotní informace o ternárních směsích tj. o jejich rozdělovacích koeficientech, indexech akutní toxicity.; To design a QSAR model for prediction of acute toxicity of compounds in binary mixtures in based on their partition coefficient and molar ratio, to compare indexes of acute toxicity obtained with T. tubifex and with other species (as Daphnia magna). To gain first information about ternary mixtures, i.e. their partition coefficients, indexes of acute toxicity.
