Projekt řeší diagnostiku a optimalizaci follow up a individualizaci dispenzární péče. Umožní cílenou a individuální volbu terapie a její monitoraci. K tomuto účelu bude využito především stanovení biologické aktivity pomocí multiplexové a multiparametrické analýzy. Výstupem projektu budou publikace s IF a doporučený postup.; The project fulfils two main aims of departmental program R&D for years 2008-2011 - the individualization and control of ovarian cancer treatment using tumor markers and the evaluation using a software program, and the confirmation of the validity of newalgorithms in oncology treatment. Turning point contra current diagnostics is a complex approach and therefore a possibility of an interconnection of laboratory determination of the biological activity of the tumor, mainly using tumor markers HE4 and IGF2, with the clinical specification of disease stage and possibly with modern imaging techniques. The expected output will be the guidelines for the diagnostics, control and optimization of ovarian cancer treatment. The project would eventually decreasethe death rate of women with ovarian cancer.
