Stanovení širšího spektra steroidů za fyziologických podmínek bude přínosné pro pochopení mechanismů psychických poruch spojených se změnami neuroaktivních steroidů. Význam neurosteroidů v příjmu potravy je zmiňován, ale komplexně nebyl studován. Budeme sledovat reakci na různé potravní stimuly ve funkčních testech, dále jejich vztah k cirkadiálnímu a cirkalunárnímu rytmu. Hladina melatoninu negativně koreluje s C-peptidem i glykémií po jídle. Provedeme řadu funkčních testů, ve kterých budeme hledat stimul, který nejvíce ovlivňuje hladinu melatoninu a jaký je jeho vztah k hladině neurosteroidů. Budeme sledovat průběh změn sledovaných hormonů za různých situací a z nich budeme identifikovat další vlivy přispívající k v rozvoji poruch příjmu potravy.; The determination of a wider spectrum of steroids under physiological conditions will be valuable for understanding psychological disorders connected with changes of neuroactive steroids. A range of hormones has been described in connection with food intake; the significance of neurosteroids in food intake is noted. We will monitor the reaction to various food stimuli in functional tests, as well as their relationship with the circadian and circalunar rhythm. The level of melatonin correlates negatively with C-peptide and glycaemia after eating. We will conduct a range of functional tests in which we will search for the stimulus that has the greatest influence on the level of melatonin, and to determine the relationship with the level of neurosteroids. We will monitor the course of changes in the studied hormones in various situations; from these we will identify additional influences contributing to the development of eating disorders.
