32letá žena měla 6 let na vnitřní straně obou prsou perzistující erytematózní ložiska s navalitýmiokraji hladkého povrchu, která se postupně šířila laterálně. Onemocnění bylo subjektivně asympto-matické. Bioptické vyšetření z postižené kůže prokázalo perivaskulární a perifolikulární infiltrátylymfocytů v rozsahu celé dermis bez epidermotropismu. Rovněž v celém rozsahu koria byla mezikolagenními snopci hojná depozita mucínu. Terapie Delagilem vedla k vymizení ložisek v rozmezí 4týdnů.

A 32-year-old woman suffered for 6 years on the inner side of both breasts from persistenterythematous foci with swollen margins on the smooth surface. The foci gradually spread in a lateraldirection. The disease was subjectively asymptomatic. Bioptic examination of the affected skinrevealed perivascular and perifollicular lymphocyte infiltrates affecting the entire dermis withoutepidermotropism. Also throughout the corium there were mucin deposits between the collagenfibres. Delagil treatment led to disappearance of the foci within four weeks.
