Popisujeme vedení anestezie během císařského řezu u pacientky s nekorigovanou Fallotovou tetralogií. Pacientka byla silně cyanotická, s výraznou plicní hypertenzí. V průběhu epidurální anestezie jsme nezaznamenali žádnou závažnou komplikaci. Domníváme se, že tento případ ukazuje použitelnost regionální anesteziologické techniky u císařského řezu i pro pacientky se zvýšeným kardiálním rizikem.

We report an anaesthesia management a patient without surgical correction a tetralogy of Fallot scheduled for cesarean section. The patient was severely cyanotic with high pulmonary hypertension. During epidural anaesthesia we had not record any significant complication. This case demonstrate usefulness of regional anaesthesia techniques for cesarean section in spite of cardiac risk patient.
