Ty zahrnují široké spektrum chorob se dvěma charakteristickými rysy: 1. maligní expanzí klonů T-lymfocytů, 2. vznikem T-lymfomů v kůži, kde jsou také především lokalizovány. Časná stadia lze ovlivnit léčbou místní. V pokročilejších případech se osvědčuje světloléčba, především PUVA Významným přínosem v léčbě jsou modifikátory imunitní odpovědi, především rekombinantní interferony a. Cenným doplněním mohou být fúzní proteiny, jako DAB389IL-2.

The authors present therapeutical modalities in CTCL group according to the stage of the disease. Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas include a larger spectrum of diseases with two characteristic features: 1. malignant expansion of T-lymphocyte clones with their development stopped on the way from bone marrow precursor cells to helper cells. 2. The lymphomas arise in the skin or they are mostly localized there. In treatment options topical treatment is limited to early stages of diseases. Phototherapy and photochemotherapy has a great impact on quality of life in many patient. Modifiers of immune response, especially interferons, are very hopefull in many regimens of the therapy. Genetic engineering products are efficient in direct targeting of CTCL cells in some type of CTCL.
