Nanobiotechnologie se zabývá konstrukcí a využitím molekulárních zařízení (nanorobotů) zejménave farmacii a medicíně. Tyto nanoroboty by bylo možno v budoucnu použít pro diagnostiku, cílenoudispenzaci léčiv, eliminaci cizorodých částic z těla a opravu buněk a tkání, např. kůže a zubů.
Nanobiotechnology is concerned with the construction and use of molecvúar apparatuses (nanorobots), in particular in pharmacy and medicine. In the future, these nanorobots could be employed for tbe diagnostics, targeted drug dispensation, elimination of xenogenous particies from tbe body, and repair of cells and tissues, e.g. the skin and teeth.
