Na souboru 134 dětí s průměrným věkem 10,4 roku bylo sledováno rozdělení výskytu, lokalizace a morfologie přespočetných zubů ve frontálním úseku horní čelisti a jejich vliv na sousední stálé řezáky. 90 % přespočetných zubů bylo uloženo v krajině středních řezáků. Porucha erupce řezáku byla nejčastěji způsobena hrbolkovým typem přespočetného zubu.

In a group of 134 children, mean age 10.4 years, the author investigated the distribution of incidence, site and morphology of supernumerary teeth in the frontal portion of the upper jaw and their effect on the adjacent permanent incisors. 90% of the supernumerary teeth were in the region of the middle incisors. Impaired eruption of the incisor was most frequently caused by the tuberculate type of supernumerary tooth.
