Článek se zabývá problematikou gender v oblasti drogových služeb. Vzhledem k nedostatku základních studií a odborné literatury s touto problematikou v ČR, se autor rozhodl spíše poukázat na zkušenosti, data a literaturu psanou v anglickém jazyce. Ambice daného článku je pouze otevřít akademickou diskusi s touto problematikou, nehledat přímo „hotové" odpovědi, ale spíše nastínit tento problém v širším, společensko-kulturním kontextu, jak na to upozorňuje nejen feministické hnutí, ale také celá řada zajímavých a důležitých studií. Dále článek upozorňuje na potřebu zhodnocení současných konstruktů/designu služeb a vytvoření nových nabídek, které by více zpřístupnily užívání současných služeb ženské populaci. Na základě určitých ukazatelů se autor pokouší definovat další hypotézy, které by mohli přispět k dalšímu zkoumání této otázky ve smyslu zhodnocení nejen našich služeb, ale i konfrontace určitých proklamovaných postojů daných služeb.

The article is concerned with the issue of gender in the drug services. Because of the lack of research studies and literature in CR the author has decided to refer to experience, data and literature writen in English. The ambition of this article is to open an academic discussion on the given issue and place this problem in a wider socio-cultural context as it has been pointed out not only by the feminist movement but also by a number of interesting and relevant studies. Furthermore, the article reflects on the necessity of evaluating the manner in which current drug services are "constructed" and on the need to create such a design for these services that they would be more accesible for the female population. Lastly the author points out certain studies and it's outcome as underlining material to define a hypotesis that would open further academic discussion and challenge and help to evaluate, not only the services, but also some of the attitudes that drive the given services.

$a Článek se zabývá problematikou gender v oblasti drogových služeb.
