Příspěvek obsahuje popis vývoje struktury systému domácí péče – od experimentální fáze až po promítnutí jejích výstupů do dikce platných právních norem v České republice. Autorka se zabývá problémy spojenými se standardizací a stabilizací systému integrované domácí péče. Postup účelné indukce domácí péče ošetřujícími lékaři je popsán ve vazbě na specifické indikační a diagnostické skupiny klientů. Důraz je kladen na multidisciplinární přístup a interdisciplinární spolupráci při poskytování maximálně kvalitní a nepřetržitě dostupné domácí péče pro všechny indikované klienty. Současná situace v České republice je demonstrována na souborech, které obsahují data i analýzy zaznamenávající vývoj domácí péče ve vztahu k aspektům efektivity a dostupností systému domácí péče pro všechny občany České republiky.

Paper presents description of the development of the home care system – since the experimental phase till to the projection of its outputs into valid legal standards of the Czech Republic. Authors discuss problems related to the standardization and stabilization of the integrated system of home care. Process of efficient induction of the home care by the generals practitioners is described in relation to the specific indications and diagnoses. Multidisciplinary approach and interdisciplinary collaboration are required for granting of the home care of maximal quality and permanent availability for all indicated cases. Present state in Czech Republic is demonstrated on data sets recording development of the home care in the relation to effectivity and availability of the home care system for all citizens in the Czech Republic.
