Posuzování zdravotního stavu pro účely úrazového pojištění v SRN

V souvislosti s přípravou nové věcné a právní úpravy systému úrazového pojištění v České republice byl studován německý systém úrazového pojištění s cílem zjistit organizaci posuzování zdravotního stavu v úrazovém pojištění a vazby na dávkový systém, objasnit kompetence lékařů v systému úrazového pojištění a proces lékařského posuzování pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání, systém a průběh lékařských prohlídek, posudkově medicínská hlediska, náležitosti posudku, hodnocení jeho kvality, vazby systému úrazového pojištění na jiné sociální systémy a seznámit se s dalšími skutečnostmi souvisejícími s posuzováním zdravotního stavu v úrazovém pojištění. Cílem příspěvku je podat posudkovým a revizním lékařům základní informace o tomto systému, zejména se zaměřením na lékařskou posudkovou a revizní činnost.
In relation to the preparation of a new factual and legal arrangement of the system of accident insurance in the Czech Republic, the German system of accident insurance has been studied with the aim to learn about the organisation of the assessment of health status in accident insurance and the relation to the allowance system, to clarify competence of physicians in the system of accident insurance and the process of medical assessment of occupational accidents and diseases, the system and the course of medical examinations, review medicine points of view, requirements of the review, assessment of its quality, relationship of the system of accident insurance to other social systems and to learn about other facts related to the assessment of health status in accident insurance. The goal of the contribution is to provide basic information about this system to physicians reviewers, especially in relation to medical review activities.
