Prezentace dvou případů maligního fibrózního histiocytomu prsu – u 63leté ženy, kde se jednalo o myxoidní typ MFH, a u 79leté ženy s MFH pleiomorfního typu. Maligní fibrózní histiocytom je je- den z nejčastějších maligních tumorů měkkých tkání, jeho primární výskyt v mléčné žláze je však vzácný. Imunohistochemický průkaz antigenů v cytoplazmě histiocytů pomocí protilátky LN 5 (Anti-Macrofage, BioGenex) může pomoci ke stanovení správné diagnózy.

Two cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the breast are presented. The first case was a 63-year-old patient with MFH of myxoid type, the second case was a 79-year-old patient with MFH of pleiomorphic type. MFH is one of the most common tumors of the soft tissues, but its primary o- ccurrence in the breast is rare. Immunohistochemical detection of antigens in the cytoplasm of his- tiocytes by antibdy LN 5 (Anti-Macrophage, BioGenex) can be helpful in rendering of the right di- agnosis.
